At Personal Gourmet our plans are there to guide you in the right direction to get the results you have been waiting for. This is not a program that you are going to lose 10 pounds each week. Lets be serious we all know that those types of diets don’t work in the long run! We want Personal Gourmet to show you the way of how to lose the weight and keep it off.

1. Build Your Profile


Sign up and build your quick and simple health profile. The information you provide in your profile will be used to calculate your daily caloric needs, define dietary restrictions, and help us tailor your personal menu.

In order to lose weight, you need to increase your daily activity or consume fewer calories than those needed to maintain your weight. It is important that we know your calorie level, because it will allow us to craft a food regime that will meet your goals.

Do you know what your goal is? We have plans to help your fulfill your needs. Whether you're looking to lose weight, maintain good health, or just want to enjoy the convenience of having gourmet foods delivered to you.

Each menu is personalized to your own calorie level. We provide flexibility that works with your lifestyle. Our programs have no start date, end date or need for consecutive days. Provides the tools necessary to lose or maintain weight.

We saved the best for last. Now that you've provided us with your personal metrics and goals we can show you your personal menu. Pick from an ever changing menu of delicious meals that will fill you up and help you reach your potential.

Our vast menu provides you with many options and alternatives. Whether you're a vegetarian or have food allergies our menu offers you the right selections. We also have a la carte options so you can order food for the whole family as well.

Easy Reliable Delivery

You will receive daily or weekly a delicious cooler bag filled with food outside your doorstep (like a present wrapped up - waiting for you to open). Personal Gourmet provides delicious tasty food that you do not feel like you are depriving yourself. We provide calorie control meals that are based on your personal caloric needs. This is not a cookie cutter program – no two programs are identical! You can choose from our Fresh Food Plans: Balance, Zone or Gluten Free, or Select Frozen Meals in our Frozen Supermarket or customized Frozen Weightloss Program. We have programs that fits everyone’s appetites and wallet!

Every night between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am, your meals will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag/box and left outside your door. If you live in a house or an apartment we figure out with your help the best designated area for our delivery team to drop it off. Just leave the empty cooler bag outside your door and this will be replaced with a new one on your next delivery.

Now all you have to do is take the meals and heat and eat.

Flexible Calendar

We give you the tools to pick the right meals you'll enjoy eating and will help further your health goals. You have control over how often you want to order. You can choose to order for any number of days per week. There is no need to order consecutive days and no specific start date or end date. You have 1 year from the date of purchase to use your credits.

You manage your own calendar. You can pick and choose when to use your days. Go to menu calendar to select which days you would like to order for.
