Refund Policy

All meal plans/meals purchased through Personal Gourmet are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product we will refund you the remaining days of your plan within a year of purchase.

The Personal Gourmet Service Pledge: We will deliver the daily meals under your meal plan by 6:00 a.m. (Toronto time) each day. We warrant that all meals delivered will be of reasonably acceptable quality and fit for consumption, and will be free from spoilage and damage.

If the meals delivered to you on any day do not meet our Service Pledge, then we will provide you with a complimentary meal in accordance with your purchased meal plan. To receive the complimentary day of meals, you must notify the Personal Gourmet office at: (416) 721-0560 by 6:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date the unsatisfactory meals were delivered.

The foregoing is your exclusive remedy in the event Personal Gourmet fails to meet its Service Pledge. In no event will Personal Gourmet be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.

Please be advised that credits expire 12 months after date of purchase.
