What is it all about?

In order to help get your body ready for a change in diet and lifestyle, we recommend completing a juice cleanse before starting any of our weight loss or healthy living meal plans. We recommend a maximum of 2 days on this cleanse each time you start a new program. We take the guesswork out of juicing by providing a combination of juices to ensure you get all of the required vitamins, minerals and energy that you need. Our juice, like our food, is all natural and does not contain any preservatives or chemicals. We do not recommend doing juices cleanse for more than three days unless you are under medical supervision.

Why detox?

Cleansing will give you more energy, improve your skin, and rejuvenate your body by getting rid of toxins built up over time. This aids in promoting digestive health, which will make weight loss and maintenance of a healthy weight easier to achieve. It will also help to get you in the proper mind set prior to starting a new meal plan!

Why juice instead of vegetables?

You will get more vitamins and minerals from raw vegetables as opposed to cooked, and juicing allows you to take in a larger volume. Juicing also provides more of the phytochemicals needed to protect your cells against damage and disease, and it’s hydrating!

Who shouldn’t try a juice cleanse?

- Pregnant or nursing women

- People with diabetes, low blood sugar, eating disorders, kidney disease, liver disease, malnutrition, addictions, underweight, anemia, impaired immune function, infection, nutritional deficiency, low blood pressure, ulcerative colitis, cancer, terminal illness, epilepsy, or other chronic conditions shouldn't try a juice fast without consulting their doctor.

- People shouldn't try a juice fast before or after surgical procedures.

- A juice fasting can reduce blood proteins and change the way prescription drugs react in the body. People taking prescription medications should consult a health professional skilled in detoxification before trying a juice fast, and should never discontinue or reduce their medications on their own.
