Fresh & Family Meals


 

Step One
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step Two
Oven temperatures may vary. Recommended heating is 25 to 30 minutes or until warm.

 

Frozen Meals


 

Step One
Defrost – defrost meals overnight in the refrigerator, or microwave on defrost for 3 minutes, or until no longer frozen. The food should still be cold.

Step Two
Remove the plastic seal.

Step Three
Heat – you can do this either in a conventional oven or in the microwave.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F and bake meals for 10 – 12 minutes or just until warm. If not defrosted, heat for 45 minutes. Defrosted Breakfast items including English muffins, pancakes, and waffles can be defrosted and warmed in the oven for 5 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary, so adjust heating time accordingly.

Microwave Oven: Once defrosted, microwave entrees on medium heat for 2 minutes and breakfasts for 1 minute or just until warm. Ovens may vary, so adjust heating time accordingly.
