We change our menu regularly, providing you with a variety of delicious and healthy dinner options to choose from. Simply pick your desired items from the list and we’ll deliver the complete order to your doorsteps!
We package meals as single servings, double serving and family size (4), to suit all your needs.
Calorie levels are included for each meal - perfect for maintaining your weight loss or healthy living goal.

* The following instructions are to be used as guidelines only. Please keep in mind that the time and temperature of heating may vary depending on your individual oven. Convection ovens will require less time than regular gas or electric ones*
STORING: To guarantee maximum freshness, we recommend storing vacuumed sealed fresh food in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days and in the freezer for no more than 3 months.
DEFROSTING: We recommend defrosting your frozen meals either at room temperature for approximately 3 hours or in the refrigerator for overnight.
HEATING: Remove food from vacuum sealed package and place in an oven (containers are oven friendly). Heat food uncovered in your oven (or toaster oven) for approximately:
Single Serving: 10 minutes at 400ºF
Double Serving: 12 minutes at 400ºF
Four/Family Serving: 20 minutes at 400ºF
