Meals are delivered FRESH not FROZEN in a vacuum sealed packaging to retain maximum freshness. You can pick and choose the meals you want right away and then freeze the rest for later. Our packaging allows you to keep food fresh in the refrigerator for 2 days or to freeze for as long as you need. 

We change our menu regularly, providing you with a variety of delicious and healthy dinner options to choose from. Simply pick your desired items from the list and we’ll deliver the complete order to your doorsteps! 

We package meals as single servings, double serving  and family size (4), to suit all your needs.

Calorie levels are included for each meal - perfect for maintaining your weight loss or healthy living goal.
